Joe
was born in the NYC area. He spent 17 years in Orlando Florida
and moved to New Orleans in 2002. He spends his free time between
restoring old homes and automobiles and his pets (9 dogs, 3 cats
and an assorment of birds). He likes to travel and has been to
over 30 countries thus far.

ERIC
Eric joined the "World Famous Rawhide"staff
here in February 2001. Originally from Kansas, Eric spent a month
touring the country after Katrina only to realize "There's
no place like home". He was the first of the staff to return
after Katrina and takes pride in the daily progress the Big Easy
is making. When he's not shooting "artistic" digital
stills and video of nude men or tending his carnivorous plant
collection, you can find him "hanging at the Hide" for
either the 8-ball pool tourney on Monday or our 9-ball tourney
on Wed. night. When you see Eric be sure to grab a handful of
the Saltiest nuts in the Quarter. Eric works
Friday thru Sunday 10pm -5am.

BOB
He's
BACK!
Miss Katie sent Bob
down south for a little over 5 months, but he's back behind the
bar at The World Famous Rawhide again and eager to see all of
his old friends again and make new ones, too.
And you'll be glad to know that Bob's Dicktionary was unharmed
and is growing every day. As any good DICK-tionary should..
So stop in to say hi, enjoy a drink or three and have yourself
immortalized (anonymously) in volume 4!! Bob works Monday thru Wednesday 9pm-3am and Thursday 9pm-5am.

TROY
Troy is a sometime thing for Rawhide, filling in here and
there. A native of Terrebonne Parish (yes there is something
southwest of New Orleans), Troy is a Realtor with Prudential
Gardner Realtors here in New Orleans…and he loves to welcome
“family” to town!

TODD
Todd Joins the Rawhide Staff from Wichita Kansas. He got tired of slaving over a hot smoker all day making BBQ there and decided to come slave over you Smoking Hotties at the Rawhide instead! He's spent several years refurbishing his 65 Mustang convertable (red with kahki interior). He loves good meat, fast cars and foolin around on the internet. Come check out Todd Wed 3pm-9pm for "Bring your own Meat Night" and Fri-Sun 1pm-10pm for our other specials. |

NEEL
Neel
is a native of New Smyrna Beach, Florida whose lived in New
Orleans for 4 years. U.S. Air Force vet remodeling his own historic
Victorian cottage. His to favorite possessions are his minuarature
Daschunds Sammy and Samantha. He’s single and ready to serve.
Neel will be returning to Rawhide after the 1st of the year.
